ABOUT THE PROJECT

This apartment perched on the top floor of 5 East 22nd Street has sweeping views of Madison Square Park.  A combination of laminate and tempered glass materials.  Since the kitchen and dining area coexist I needed to find a way to transition the glass kitchen wall cabinets as they moved towards the dining area.  I choose to extend the 24" x 24" glass cabinets into the dining area where they cascaded towards the floor while leaving an opening where the homeowner could display art work and or in this case wine storage.
