Tucked in the scenic landscape of Vermont is this modern-contemporary masterpiece of a home. GHD strategically designed the kitchen mirroring the reclilinear nature and the materials used throughout the overall architecture.

Selecting a combination of dark surfaces and fixtures against the light walls and flooring makes the space feel elegant and luxurious.

A nearly flush-mounted cooktop, and a pop-up downdraft on a dark marble countertop creates an uninterrupted appearance.

We deliberately designed a lighter oak breakfast bar with invisible bracing for that clean contrast.

Seamlessly built-in with custom recessed handles in the island are wine fridges on both ends.

The waterfall-style island counter conveniently houses pop-up outlets, which allowed for a clean look all around.

The Dekton material used on the counters continues on the backsplash. Adding the recessed LED lighting under the upper cabinets are not only functional. It also highlights the subtle grain and texture of the marble. This against the dark panels work perfectly together.

The dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer drawers are also built-in.
